Terms of Service

Welcome to AirBid. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AirBid platform, websites, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use AirBid. By using the Platform you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must verify your email address before posting tasks or placing bids.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Posting tasks and bidding

Clients may post tasks describing work they need completed. Suppliers may submit bids to perform that work. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any task, bid, or content you submit, and for honouring the commitments you make on the Platform.

4. Payments and escrow

Payments for tasks may be held in escrow and released to the Supplier once the work is approved by the Client. You agree to pay all amounts due, including any applicable service fees, and not to circumvent the Platform's payment system.

5. Fees

AirBid may charge service fees for use of the Platform. Applicable fees will be disclosed to you before you incur them. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • Posting unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or infringing content.
  • Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users.
  • Attempting to take communication or payment off-platform to avoid fees.
  • Interfering with the security or proper functioning of the Platform.

7. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant AirBid a licence to host and display it as needed to operate the Platform. You must not post content you do not have the right to share.

8. Disputes between users

Clients and Suppliers are responsible for resolving disputes about work. AirBid may, at its discretion, assist with dispute resolution but is not a party to the agreements between users.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirBid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you breach these Terms or use the Platform in a way that may cause harm to AirBid or other users.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
