Every professional submits a government-issued ID before they can bid. Our team reviews their portfolio and work history. Ratings are monitored continuously and professionals who underperform are removed from the platform.

Yes. Every professional's profile shows their star rating, total reviews, response time, and past work samples. All reviews are verified — only clients who have completed a hire can leave a rating.

Professionals with consistently low ratings or unresolved disputes are suspended pending review and may be permanently removed. Our team monitors all transactions to maintain platform quality.

Go to your profile and select "Account Settings." From there you can update your name, email, password, payment methods, and notification preferences at any time.

You can request account deletion from Account Settings. Any open tasks or active escrow must be resolved before deletion. Once deleted, your data is removed from our systems within 30 days in compliance with the Australian Privacy Act.

Yes. One AirBid account can switch between client and professional modes. Many users both post tasks and bid on tasks — simply toggle your mode from your profile dashboard.
